Now in its sixth year, the Business Development Academy has graduated hundreds of professionals who are actively bringing in new business for their firms. Now is the time: help your managers and new partners develop skills to bring in the right kind of new business — for years to come.
The Experience
Participants will work their way through six modules that blend critical learning with hands-on practice to advance their advisory mindset, cross-selling, communication, client development, and sales process skills. Further, participants build their own business development plan to follow during and beyond the class.
The Results
Participants will emerge with comprehensive knowledge and practical experiences to begin to drive new business and revenues into the organization. Most participants can begin bringing in new business prior to the completion of the program.
